I ordered size US 6 and received US 7. I have to return and exchange them.

I have not been able to reach customer service. I like the shoes very much but they are to big. I need to exchange them. I also want to change the color to Deep Ebony. Return instructions tell you to return them and order a new pair. So that is what I am going to have to do.

You almost forget they are heels!

These are incredibly comfortable! I am wearing these as slippers around my house because I like them so much. Vivaia was very nice about helping me to get the right size (I wear a US 6.5 in most shoes and the 37 is great with a tiny bit of extra room). My feel are slightly wide and I have short toes.
I love the pattern - a little fun, trendy, but still sophisticated.

I was looking for a classy, elegant, dress pumps. At first I ordered Calvin Klein Women's Brady Platform Pump, black. They were super beautiful and good quality but the heels were weigh tall, I couldn't walk more then 5 minutes on them, so I returned them and started looking for something which would be beautiful and comfortable same time. So I found these, VIVAIA cannot be better

easy to wear

Absolutely love these pumps. I have a wide foot so its difficult find cute shoes that don't squeeze my foot and cause me pain. These fit perfectly and are true to size. I was able to easily wear these for 10+ hours at work then to a function afterwards without them killing my feet.

best heels for OL

Very satisfied with the purchase. Chose, focused on the dimensional grid of the seller. Came up perfectly. Very compact heel and shoe. Definitely recommend. I plan to take it in black. On the wall in the office is perfect.

comfortable

These shoes are so comfortable! They provide good cushioning and arch support. There is lots of room in the toe box but they aren’t too loose. The ankle strap holds them in place (if you have skinny ankles that’s a big plus). It is difficult to find heels that are comfortable and look nice and I got that with these. I definitely recommend them.

casual but gorgeous

I really like these shoes. The heel is low enough for comfort (my high heel days have led me to seeking comfortable ones now) but the shoe doesn't look like a comfort shoe. Nice to find one that is not clunky or matronly!

I have problems with my feet...on top of that (I'm fat :-p) so, VIVAIA has become the best shoes ever for people like me. I love them.

best for wide legs

Excellent shoes for the office on kitten Heel. Soft, comfortable, like ballet flats, but look more elegant! On the change for the winter is an excellent option! On a wide leg also fit, although I have a standard fullness with a bone.

fit nicely

They are what I have come to expect from VIVAIA. They fit nicely , good quality and comfortable. Bought an pair of old collection before, the new is still gorgeous and never let me down.

winter heels

I got these shoes to wear after a wedding ceremony to walk and dance in at the reception since my shoes for the ceremony were more for aesthetic purposes. These worked out great afterward, though, and are pretty on top of the comfort! I normally wouldn't rate shoes five stars unless they were perfect, but even though I found they ran a bit large, I had zero problems walking and dancing in them. They were a little loose, but I think the strap helped keep my feet from sliding - maybe because I have wider feet than average. I have always loved VIVAIA, and was not disappointed with these, either. I will be able to wear them for many more occasions.

Love these. THey look and feel rich and supple. My feet look beautiful. I was able to dance and walk with ease with these. The kitten heel is awesome.

Wore all day at work where I walk a lot, and out for an evening on the town. Did great both times! Super comfortable with just enough heel. I have gotten compliments each time I have worn them.
